3. Registration Fee for Life Membership: Rs. 8,000.00 + GST (18 % ) =

For Student Membership Requirements:-

1. Dental Council Registration Number.
2. Upload photo & Bonofide Certificate & up to date renewed Dental Council Registration Certificate.
3. Registration Fee: Rs. 1,000.00 + GST (18 % ) =

(3 & 4) For Associate and Affiliate Membership Requirements:-

1. Dental Council Registration Number.
2. Upload your recent photo & MDS Degree Certificate & up to date renewed Dental Council Registration. (PG Students are not eligible for this Category).
3. Registration Fee: Rs. Rs. 15,000.00 or $ 300 (in case the person is from out of India) + GST/ Taxes as applicable

• Payment can be made through online / offline transfer, using the all types of Debit / Credit Cards.
• Once payment is made, your membership no. will be updated in Members section of our website www.isppd.org.in within 42 hours.
